
Blooming Buds School Paid Tribute to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar on Martyrs’ Day

Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city, paid homage to Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar on Martyrdom Day on 23rd March under the leadership of Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini beautiful charts and articles related to the lives of the three martyrs were presented by the students. While delivering the article student told that lakhs of patriots had sacrificed their lives to liberate India, which was suffering from the long slavery of British rule, among which the names of Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar are mentioned with great respect. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that the martyrdom of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev proved to be a major milestone in India’s freedom struggle. The martyrdom of these three fueled the fire, with which the freedom struggle took the form of a storm that swept away the British rule and on 15 August 1947, India became free from the shackles of slavery forever. On this occasion, school Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, shedding light on the life of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh and his struggle for freedom, said that Shaheed Bhagat Singh was born in a patriotic family. His father and uncle were the leaders of the freedom movement due to which patriotism was in Bhagat Singh’s blood. Since his childhood, Bhagat Singh’s heart had not accepted the slavery of the British and when he was young, this passion for patriotism had increased to such an extent that at the age of 23, this young man was laughingly swinging on a stake to spread freedom. His sacrifice gave message to the whole country that even if lives have to be sacrificed for the freedom of Mother India, the children of Mother India should not back down. The martyrdom of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev is an incredible example of sacrifice in the history of India’s independence. In the end, they told the children that no matter where you go after study never forget your country and your soil. They also said that the freedom we are enjoying today is very expensive and it is very important to preserve it. All staff and students were present on this occasion.
